George Roland Pitre: At the Chibougamau Health Centre, on January 6, 2013, Mr. Roland Pitre, husband of Mrs. Anne-Marie Gagne, passed away at the age of 81 years and 10 months. The family will welcome relatives and friends at the Residence Funeraire du Nord. The funeral home will be open on Thursday, January 10, 2013 from 2 to 5 and 7 to 9 p.m. Friday the living room will open its doors at 9 a.m. and the funeral will be celebrated at the Notre-Dame-de-Lourde church in Chapais at 10:30 a.m. Mr. Pitre will be buried later in the cemetery of Chapais. He is survived by his wife Anne-Marie Gagne, his children: Doris (Dominique Paquin), Carole (Mario Vezina) and Dany; his grandchildren: Jessica, Francis, Naomie, Alexandra and Raphael; his great-grandchildren: Coralie, Zoe and Malek. He also leaves to mourn his brothers and sisters, brothers-in-law and sisters-in-law, his nephews and nieces as well as many relatives and friends. Your marks of sympathy can result in a donation to the Canadian Cancer Society.

Besides his wife, he is survived by his children Jasmin (Sharron), Joel (Nancy), Nadine (Chau) and Vincent, nine grandchildren, brothers and sisters, brothers-in-law, sisters-in-law, several other relatives and friends. The family will receive condolences Friday 30 December 2005 at 2-5 p.m. and 7-10 p.m., Saturday from 9 a.m., at Complexe funeraire Magnus Poirier Inc., St. Leonard. The funeral will be celebrated Saturday 31 December at 11 a.m. in the chapel of the complex. Instead of flowers, donations to Entraide Ville-Marie would be appreciated.
