Verna Rose Lajambe:  The Journal (International Falls, MN), Wednesday, 11 August 2010:  Verna Rose Bolstad, of International Falls, Minn., died Monday, Aug. 2, 2010, at her residence in the Falls.  Verna was born March 17, 1929, in International Falls to Sylva and Loretta LaJambe.  She married Robert Bolstad, and was a homemaker all her life.  Verna enjoyed painting, bowling, hunting, woodworking, and crafts.  She was quite computer savvy and enjoyed her many cyber friends, and especially her Pogo Pool Tournaments.  Verna was preceded in death by her parents; her husband, Robert; and brother, Charles Chuck LaJambe.  Verna is survived by three sons, David Bolstad, Rick (Kim) Bolstad and Steve (Jeanne) Bolstad; two daughters, Sandie McReynolds (Tim Sampson) and Nancy (Tim) Raboin; seven grandchildren Mindy McReynolds, Ashley and Jenna Raboin, Rhea Bolstad, Lindsay Jewell, Cody and Alex Bolstad; and one great-grandchild, Madison Raboin.  A graveside memorial service was conducted at 1 p.m. Wednesday, Aug. 4, at Forest Hill Cemetery, International Falls.  Officiating was Pastoral Minister Pat Bjorum.  Memorials in Verna's memory may be sent to North Star Hospice, International Falls.  Arrangements were with Green Larsen Mortuary, Inc.
