John Francis Peters:  Charlottetown Guardian (PEI). Thursday, 5 April 1956:  In Memoriam - John F. Peters - The death occurred suddenly at his home in Bloomfield on  March 1st., of John F. Peters in his 80th year.  He is survived by 5 daughters and 3 sons, (Margaret) Mrs. Thof Gallant, Piusville; (Marion) Mrs. Leonard DesRoche, Summerside; (Rose) Mrs. Raymond Blacquierre, Summerside, (Angie) Mrs. Anthony Arsenault, Charlottetown; (Olive) Mrs. Anthony Theireault, Charlottetown; (Louis) Summerside, (Everett) in Bloomfield and (Melvin) in Charlottetown.  His wife the former Lina Arsenault predeceased him seven years ago.  Funeral services were held at St. Mark's Church Lot 7, where Requiem High Mass was conducted by Rev. Fr. Trainor on March 3rd, at 9:30.  Burial was in the Church cemetery.  Pall bearers were, Paul Arsenault, Neil Arsenault, Alyere Gallant, Joseph Pineau, Vance McKay, Sydney Smith.  Wreaths:  Bloomfield Community Club; R.C.A.F.
