Jeanne Alice Pitre: Pitre (Dufour), Jeanne-Alice, 1936 - 2019: On December 22, 2019, passed away at the CIUSSS du Saguenay-Lac-St-Jean, Hopital de Chicoutimi at the age of 83 years and 5 months, Mrs. Jeanne-Alice Pitre, wife of the late Mr. Adjutor Dufour, companion of Mr. Camil Pilote residing in Chicoutimi. She was the daughter of the late Mrs. Eva Gallant and the late Mr. Jean-Moise Pitre. The family will welcome relatives and friends: Friday, December 27, 2019, from 2 p.m. to 5 p.m. and from 7 p.m. to 10 p.m., Saturday, December 28, 2019, from 9 a.m. to 11 a.m., at Chicoutimi Funeral Complex, Chicoutimi. A celebration of the Word will be held on Saturday, December 28, 2019 at 11:00 a.m. at the 5th Season Chapel, Complexe funeraire Chicoutimi. Adelia Pitre: 1939 – 2015 Sturgeon Falls, Ontario: On May 25,
2015, passed away at the age of 76 years and 2 months, Mrs. Adelia Pitre,
wife of Mr. Arthur Brassard, residing in Cache Bay, formerly of St-Honore.
She was the daughter of the late Mrs. Eva Gallant and the late Mr. Jean-Moise
Pitre. The family will welcome relatives and friends on Saturday, June
6, 2015 from 1 p.m. to 4 p.m. at the Carl Savard Funeral Complex, Chicoutimi.
A Farewell ceremony will take place on Saturday, June 6, 2015 at 4 p.m. at the
Chapelle de la Renaissance. She was cremated and the interment of the
ashes will take place in the cemetery of St-Honore. Besides her husband,
Mr. Arthur Brassard, she is survived by: her daughter: Marie Brassard
(Oscar Parent); her grandchildren: Carl Parent (Agnieszka Hebert), Rene
(Veronique Pellerin), Tod (Karine Michel); her great-grandchildren:
Michael, Maya, Lucas, Cody, Joshua and Brookelyn; her brothers and sisters:
Rose-Anne, late Edouard, late Henri, Marie-Luce, late Bernadette,
Jeanne-Alice, Jules, late Patrice, late Marguerite, late Henriette, Jean, Paul,
and Christiane as well as their spouse. She also leaves to mourn the
members of the Brassard family, as well as many nephews and nieces, relatives
and friends. A special thank you to all the staff at West Nipissing
General Hospital for the good care provided to Mrs. Pitre. For those
wishing to make donations, a volunteer from the Maison Notre-Dame du Saguenay
will be present at the show to collect them.
