Corinne Pitre: Corinne Pitre Parker - The death of Corinne Pitre Parker of 14 Blais Street, Cross Point, occurred at the Campbellton Regional Hospital on June 15, 2002. Born in Campbellton, April 23, 1938 she was the daughter of Laurent Pitre and Augustine Martin. She is survived by her daughter Joyce (Gilles) Parker of Atholville, her sons John (Karen) Parker of Richardsville and Kevin (Doris) Parker of Moncton. She is also survived by her sisters Lorraine (Roland) Dube of Rouyn-Noranda, Leona (Pierre) Roy of St-Jean sur la Richelieu, Gilberte Rivard of Rouyn-Noranda; her brothers Lucien Pitre of Rouyn-Noranada, Leonda (Lucienne) Pitre of Atholville, Gerard (Cecile) Pitre of Miramichi, Raymond (Margot) Pitre of Miramichi. The funeral was held at St. Thomas Aquinas Churchin Campbellton on June 17, 2002, with Rev. Wesley Wade officiating. Funeral Arrangements in care of Maher's Funeral Home in Campbellton.
Leonda Pitre: 1942-2023, Thursday, January 5th,
2023, at the Campbellton Regional Hospital, at the age of 80, passed away Mr.
Leonda Pitre of Atholville, husband of Mrs. Lucienne (born Arsenault)
Pitre. He was the son of the late Augustine (born Martin) and the
late Laurent Pitre. Beside his wife Lucienne, he will be sadly missed
by his children: Sylvie (Jerry Pitre) of Campbellton and Michel
(Jennifer Giguere) of Gatineau; his grandsons: Matthieu and Damon
Alexander; his sisters and brother: Leona (Pierre Roy) of St-Jean-sur-Richelieu,
Gilberte (Claude Hagarty) of Rouyn-Noranda, Lorraine (Roland Dube)
of Rouyn-Noranda and Raymond (Nicole McGraw) of Miramichi also by many
members of the Arsenault family, nieces, nephews, and friends. He was
predeceased by his parents; his sister and brothers: Corinne, Lucien, Edouard,
and Gerard. Mr. Leonda Pitre will rest at Savoie Funeral Home,
Campbellton, on Friday evening January 13th from 7:00pm with a Liturgy of Words
starting at 8:30pm at the funeral Home.
Gerard Pitre: 1944-2018: At Dalhousie Nursing Home, on Wednesday, April 18, 2018, at the age of 73, passed away Mr. Gerard Pitre, formerly of Campbellton, husband of Mrs. Cecile (nee Levesque) Pitre. He was the son of the late Augustine (nee Martin) and the late Laurent Pitre. Besides his wife Cecile, he is survived by his sons: Marc (Caroline Collette) of Longueuil, Ricky (Nathalie Bujold) of Sept Iles and Ian (Sylvie LeBel) of Fredericton; his grandchildren: Julien, Ludovic and Kristopher; his brothers and sisters: Leonda (Lucienne) of Atholville, Raymond (Nicole) of Chatham, Leona (Pierre) of St-Jean-Sur-Richelieu, Lorraine (Roland) of Rouyn and Gilberte (Claude) of Rouyn as well as many members of the Levesque family, nieces, nephews, and friends. He was predeceased by his parents, sister and brothers: Corinne, Edouard, Lucien and Georges-Edouard. Funeral Mass will be celebrated on Saturday, May 5, 2018 at 11 a.m. from Notre-Dame-des-Neiges Church, Campbellton. Mr. Gerard Pitre will be laid to rest at the Savoie Funeral Home, Campbellton, Saturday morning from 9:30 a.m. until time of funeral.
