Obituary:  The Standard (St. Catherines, ONT), Tuesday, 4 November 1941:  N. F. (Frank) Lepitre.  With startling suddenness, the passing occurred this morning of Nephatlie Francis (Frank) Lepitre, beloved husband of Annie Savoie, at the family residence, 83 Pine Street North, Thorold.  The late Mr. LePitre while stricken while preparing to go to his employment in the Hayes Steel, where he had been connected for the past thirteen years.  He was born in East Angus, Que., and had made his home in Thorold for the past 13 years, where he was a well-known and highly-esteemed citizen.  He was a member of the Church of Our Lady of Holy Rosary, Thorold, and also of the Church of Immaculate Conception in this city and also of the U.A.W.A.  To mourn his untimely passing, he leaves his sorrowing widow and one daughter, Miss Frances LePitre, at home; one brother and two sisters, William LePitre, of East Angus; Mrs. Blanche Morin, Sherbrooke, Que., and Miss Mary LePitre, of Montreal.  The late Mr. LePitre is resting at the Darte funeral home, at King, where the funeral will be held on Thursday morning at 9:15 o'clock, to the Church of Our Lady of Holy Rosary, where a High Mass of Requiem will be sung at 10 o'clock, with interment in Lakeview Cemetery, Thorold.
