East Angus, 1st October - In recent days in the midst of a great combination of relatives and friends, the funeral of Mrs. Edouard Lepitre, nee Odila Ashby, took place, age 36 years and 3 months. M. Abbe Adelard Belval conducted the burial and the service. The St. Louis choir sang the Mass of Requiem, Miss Blanche Reberge played the organ. The pallbearers were the four brothers of the deceased: Messrs. Casimir, Josaphat, Leo et Lucien Ashby. Those left to mourn her loss, besides her husband, Mr. Edouard Lepitre, four children: Marie Ange, Ovila, Marie Jeanne et Jules; her father and mother, Mr. and Mrs. Philias Ashby; one sister, Miss Dolores Lepitre; six brothers, Lucien and Jules of Berlin, N.H., Casimir, Leo, Josaphat and Vital of East Angus; her parents-in-law, Mr. and Mrs. T. Mrs. Corriveau rests at the Cooperative Funeral Home of Estrie, East Angus, QUE. Visiting Hours: Monday, 2-5 p.m. and 7-9 p.m. The day of the funeral, 9 a.m., until leaving the salon at 10:15 a.m. Funeral Tuesday 19 February 2002, at 10:30 a.m. in St. Louis de France church of East Angus. Burial in the cemetery from the same place. Besides her husband, Mrs. Corriveau is survived by her children: Monique (Leonard Morissette); Jacqueline (Louis Riel); Yves (Marcelle Poulin); 7 grandchildren: Pierre and Josee Morissette; Daniel and Louise Brown; Mathieu, Patrick and Sophie Corriveau, and their spouses; 8 great-grandchildren. In order to respect her last wishes, there will be no exhibition. The cremation took place at the Cooperative Funeral home of Estrie, Sherbrooke, QUE. A commemorative mass will be celebrated Sunday 5 December 1993 at 9:45 a.m., in the Villa de l'Estrie, Sherbrooke. Mrs. Marie-Jeanne Bernier is survived by a sister: Marie-Ange Lepitre (Emilien Corriveau), East Angus; grandchildren Marc Bernier, Rock Forest; Daniel Bernier (Nicole), St.Elie Orford; Patrick Bernier, Rock Forest; her brother-in-law: Benoit Bernier (Justine); sisters-in-law: Antoinette Bernier; Rose Bernier (Paul Grise); Johny Frisina; Francoise Bricault Bernier; Lorraine (Roger Lapointe); Dolores Couture; Monique Corriveau (Leonard Morrissette); Jacqueline Corriveau (Louis Riel); Yves Corriveau (Marcelle Poulin); Luc Legare (Jeannine Couture).
