Succession Sale:  Le Pionnier de ''Assomption (Napoleonville, LA), Thursday, 11 March 1852:  Succession of Jean Baptiste Pitre fils, deceased.  Will be offered for sale:  A Plantation in Assumption Parish, on left bank Bayou Lafourche, about 6 miles below Napoleonville, 1 arpent front x 80 arpents depth, bounded above by R.C. Martin, and below by Joseph Monte.  Two horses, the family utensils, household furniture & kitchen utensils.

 

Obituaries for the children:

Marie Adolphine Pitre:  The Times Democrat (New Orleans, LA), Sunday, 12 June 1910:  Plaquemine, La., June 11 - Mrs. Leon Achee, a native of this town, died here to-day after a long illness at the age of sixty-seven years.  She is survived by four children - Dr. Andrew Achee of New Orleans, Mrs. J. S. Martinez, Mrs. Chas. Roth and Mrs. Jos. Vicknair.  The funeral will take place Sunday morning at 10:30 o'clock from St. John's Church.
