September 5, 2007: Peacefully at the Souris Hospital on Wednesday, September 5, 2007 of Adrian William Peters of St Charles aged 85 years. Veteran of the Second World War. Beloved husband of Frances Peters. Loving father to Sheila (Lorne) Doiron of St Charles, Carl (Alice) Peters of Dundas and Robert (Bernadette) Peters of St Charles. Dear grandfather of 6 grandchildren, 1 step-grandson and 6 great-grandchildren. Also left to mourn are sisters-in-law Lillian Peters, Pauline MacDonald, Patricia Peters, Mildred MacDonald, Doreen Robinson, Alice MacDonald, brothers-in-law Herbert Peters, Stephen Peters, Louis Peters, special nephew Leo Gallant and numerous nieces and nephews. Predeceased by his siblings Emma (Robert) Gallant, Eva (William) Gallant, Olive (William) Cahill, Phonsie (Monica) Peters, Lorne Peters and infant sister-in-law Amelia Peters. Resting at the Dingwell Funeral Home Souris for visiting hours on Friday 2-4 and 7-9 pm and Saturday morning from 9 am until the time of the funeral. Funeral to be held Saturday morning from St Charles Church with funeral mass to be celebrated at 10:30 am. Internment in the church cemetery. If so desired donations to the St Charles Church Parish Fund would be appreciated. Members of the Souris Legion are requested to meet at the Funeral Home Friday evening at 7 pm for a legion service,
