Obituary: The Boston Herald (Boston, MA), Friday, 12 October 1945: Beverly, Oct. 11 - Frank L. Peters, 50, a millwright at the Beverly plant of the United Shoe Machinery Corporation, died today at his home, 31 Simon street, after a short illness. He was a member of the Beverly Lodge of Moose. He leaves his wife, Mrs. Margaret Peters, a daughter, Mrs. Ernest Richards, and four sons, S1c Frank, USNR; Edmund, Clark and Joseph. Funeral services will be held Saturday morning at 8:15 from the Campbell Funeral Home, followed by a requiem high mass at St. Mary's Star of the Sea Church at 9.

Formerly a longtime resident of Beverly, MA, she has resided in Raymond, NH for the last 8 years. She was a communicant of St. Joseph's Church in Epping, and was a member of the Ray-Fre Senior Citizens' Group in Raymond. She was predeceased by four brothers, Frank Peters, Edmund Peters, Roy Peters, and Joseph O'Brien. She is survived by her husband of 60 years, Ernest A. Richards, Sr. of Raymond; 1 daughter, Kathleen M. Phipps of Wilbraham, MA; 1 son, Ernest A. 'Bud' Richards, Jr. of Raymond; 3 grandsons; 2 great-grandchildren; 1 brother, Clarke F. Peters of Beverly, MA; and several nieces and nephews. Calling hours will be held on Saturday, April 19, from 12-4 p.m. only, at the Brewitt Funeral Home, Raymond, NH. A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated on Monday, April 21, at 1 p.m. at St. Joseph's Church, Epping, NH. Burial will follow in the Pine Grove Cemetery in Raymond, NH.
