Obituary: Oregonian (Portland, OR), Sunday, 18 July 1954: Eustache R. Peters, 94, a retired carpenter, died Friday at his residence, 3555 N. E. Bryce street. Born January 19, 1860, in Detroit, he came to Oregon 54 years ago. He leaves two daughters, Mrs. Irene L. Brown, Portland, and Mrs. Lillian Kerkoss; 15 grandchildren and 14 great-grandchildren. The services will be Monday at 9:30 a.m. at Church of the Madeleine, with concluding services at Mount Calvary cemetery. Recitation of the rosary will be in Zeller's Chapel of the Roses, Sunday, at 8 p.m.

Funeral cortege will leave the Chapel of Miller & Tracey, Monday, Dec. 6, 8:30 am, thence to St. Charles church, where mass will be offered at 9 am. Interment Mt. Calvary cemetery. Brown, 78, of 3555 NE Bryce St., will be at 11 a.m. Monday at St. Charles Catholic Church, with recitation of the Rosary at 7 p.m. Sunday in Zeller Chapel of the Roses. Mrs. Brown died Friday at a Portland hospital. She was born in Detroit, Mich., March 14, 1893. Survivors include her daughters, Mrs. Doris Norton, Mrs. Marjorie Popp, Mrs. Patricia Herren, and Mrs. Donald R. Brown, Portland, Mrs. Agnes Forbes, Newberg, and Mrs. Elaine Moon, Cannon Beach; a sister, Mrs. Lillian Kerkof, Seattle; 13 grandchildren; and 15 great-grandchildren. Interment will be in Rose City Cemetery.
